Licensure
✓Holds a current RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State or is licensed to practice as an RN in the state the team member is working.
Certifications
✓May require life support certification or other specialty education/training depending on clinical area of assignment.
Education
✓Education - Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
✓In lieu of the master's degree requirement above, a BSN or bachelor’s degree may be considered if the applicant signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreeing to enroll in an accredited applicable master's degree program within one year and obtain the master's degree within two (2) years.
✓In lieu of bachelor's degree or master's degree requirements, will accept DNP or PhD in Nursing.
Qualifications
✓Experience - Three (3) years acute care nursing experience
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✓Ability to operate and support the use of equipment specific to the role, consistent with the specialty.
Specialty training such as arrhythmia, competency management systems, and electronic medical record systems - Preferred
