This is a Part Time position for ~ 20 hours per week. Required days/hours: Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM with ability to cover additional days as needed. Responsible for patient triage, patient education, and assisting physicians in the assessment of patient needs and treatment plan(s).
Responsibilities Maintain chart documentation to ensure all information about patient is completed and documented correctly.
High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited nursing program.
2 years of clinical in a physician office. Certification: Current State RN license and CPR certification #LI-MS3
