Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria. Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

Full-Time DaysShift: Monday - Friday with on-call requirements. Actual shift will depend on departmental needs at the completion of training. Location: AdventHealth MinneolaPrimary

Provide emotional support to patients and families, demonstrating AdventHealth’s commitment to compassionate, whole-person care. Demonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments and personnel. Support surgical teams by preparing instruments, equipment, and supplies.

Maintain sterility in the surgical field and anticipate the needs of surgeons and scrub techs. Assist in specimen collection, labeling, and handling according to AdventHealth policies. Participate in counts (sponges, sharps, instruments) to ensure patient safety.

Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in the delivery of nursing services. Other duties as assigned.
