That’s why our rehabilitation services are built on the broad experience of highly trained physical, occupational and speech therapists. How you’ll contribute An Outpatient Cardiac Rehab who excels in this role: Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
Identifies and resolves issues affecting delivery of clinical services and patient flow. Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives. Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts regarding clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
Monitors departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission requirements. Provides direct patient care as needed in accordance with scope and standards of practice. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned. What we’re looking for RN license in state of KY required Associate's Degree in Nursing required BCLS required ACLS and PALS preferred Handle with Care preferred Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
