How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. Documents patient care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation). Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).
Assesses learning needs and delivers age/culture-appropriate patient/family education. Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Participates in performance improvement and required continuing education.

If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. Associate degree in nursing required. Additional requirements include: Bachelor’s degree preferred American Heart Association Basic Life Support AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
