You’ll need
Certifications
✓BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and
✓ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire and
✓PALS – Pediatric Advance Life Support within 90 days of hire and
Education
✓Nursing Diploma required or
✓Associate’s Degree of Nursing required
✓1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
Bachelor’s degree of Nursing preferred
Qualifications
✓RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required and
✓CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days required
✓A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Critical care experience preferred
