You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current and valid Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (American Heart Association).
✓Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (American Heart Association).
Certification in a nursing specialty (e.g., Critical Care, Psychiatry). preferred
Education
✓Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of recent PACU, Critical Care, ICU, ER, or Surgical Services experience preferred.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Critical thinking and clinical decision-making preferred
Cardiac rhythm interpretation and emergency response preferred
Airway management and post-anesthesia recovery care preferred
Medication administration and IV therapy preferred
Patient assessment and monitoring preferred
Time management and organizational skills preferred
Effective communication and teamwork preferred
Patient and family education preferred
