As a Medical-Surgical RN, you will: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Care for patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor changes in patient condition and respond appropriately Educate patients and families throughout their hospital stay Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during every interaction Additional
