5:00 pm. This position is full time (80 hours in two weeks) and requires weekends as needed. As an RN this role supports the closed-door Ebenezer Long-term Care (LTC) Pharmacy and plays a crucial part in ensuring the well-being and health of residents by collaborating with healthcare professionals, educating staff, residents, families, and providers, and maintaining a high standard of resident care. ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between facility and pharmacy operations teams to promote communication and excellent service.Works closely with the pharmacy team to track and manage medication-related issues, with a focus on quality improvement.Perform audits and deliver on‑site education at partner facilities to support regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence.Manages vaccine administration and documentation, and performs Point of Care testing on behalf of the pharmacy.Required QualificationsAssociates Degree in NursingMN Registered Nurse (RN) LicenseBasic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)Drivers License in good standingPreferred QualificationsBachelor of Science Nursing3 years Nursing experience in Long Term Care or Assisted LivingUnderstanding of state and federal regulations as they relate to pharmacy delivery in senior care facilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Benefit OverviewEbenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
