About the role

On an average day, 26 beds are designated as PCU level with a 1:3 nurse to patient ratio and 4 beds are designated as ICU level, which is 1:2 or 1:1 ratio, depending upon the needs of the patient. Nurses on 3B Flex care for many specialty services such as post interventional cardiology, surgery, trauma, medicine, neurology and neurosurgery.
