How you’ll contribute A Rehab RN who excels in this role: Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs.
Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner. Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.
Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

What we're looking for Applicants should have a current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement, and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
Additional requirements include:
Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
CPR/BCLS required Advanced
ACLS and CCRN preferred
