You will: Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process—Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions Your skills, compassion, and critical thinking will help patients achieve greater independence, strength, and quality of life.

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
One year previous experience preferred Licenses: Active Wisconsin or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
