You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
Certifications
✓BCLS – prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
✓ACLS – within 90 days of hire required
TNCC or ATCN - within 12 months of hire preferred
Education
✓Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required
✓1-year experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
BSN preferred
Qualifications
✓CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training – within 90 days of hire
✓Will consider ED experience
PCU and/or Critical Care experience preferred
