BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing Licensure/Certification

Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 1 year of hire or transfer Essentia Health St. Mary's- Detroit Lakes has earned the Pathway to Excellence designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
