Rotating Shift Description: At Saint Francis Hospital , our Registered Nurses (RNs) in Utilization Management are responsible for coordinating patient care, assessing patient needs, and supporting the development of appropriate care plans. They collaborate with healthcare providers, monitor patient progress, facilitate smooth transitions throughout the continuum of care, and advocate for patients’ overall well-being.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Utilization Management Department , you will play an integral role in a collaborative process that coordinates, monitors, and plans healthcare services throughout the patient’s illness and continuum of care.

$36.40 - $58.25 per hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The
