Us? 12-hour day or night shifts Choose 48 or 72 hours per pay period Work in one assigned unit for the duration of the program No floating to other units Opportunities across 40+ Acute Care units, including: Medical Surgical Progressive Care Step-Down Transitional Care Requirements 2 years of recent RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required BLS certification required BSN preferred; ADN required Epic-prepared and competent in assigned clinical area Complete two days of orientation Commit to either the 12-week or 24-week program Meet weekend and holiday commitment Make Your Winter Count If you're looking to grow your experience, work alongside exceptional caregivers, and make a difference in the lives of patients and families, we invite you to join ChristianaCare's Winter Temporary RN Program.

The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
