- As an RN Clinic Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while supporting providers and coordinating seamless healthcare experiences for patients and families. Champion Safe, Quality Care
- Perform clinical procedures safely, effectively, and in compliance with professional nursing standards.
- Maintain a safe and healing environment for patients, visitors, and team members.
- Support infection prevention practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, patient safety, and accreditation standards. Lead Patient Care Coordination
- Prioritize and manage patient care activities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate critical findings with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate patient flow and contribute to an efficient, positive patient experience.
- Provide timely updates and education to patients and families throughout their care journey. Collaborate Across the Care Team
- Partner with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Deliver effective hand-offs that support continuity of care.
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately while ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery.

Education Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program. Experience 0 to 1 year of nursing experience in a clinic or hospital setting preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Licensure & Certifications Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license or temporary permit to practice professional nursing. Current BLS Provider Certification issued by the American Heart Association . The Ideal Candidate You are: Compassionate and patient-focused.
