Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of professional level of nursing duties for patients served in the clinical areas noted below. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Completion of an accredited nursing program Preferred Associate’s degree in Nursing Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Preferred Two or more years of experience in Nursing Certification/Licensure: Required Registered Nurse (RN), with authorization to practice in the State of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date Completion of clinical observation checklist in AccuCath, Midline, Peripheral, and PICC placement Must obtain within one (1) year of start date Completion of clinical observation checklist in PICC placement Must obtain within one (1) year of start date
