The RN delegates care appropriately according to nursing practice standards. As an RWMC Registered Nurse, you will: Develop your skills and knowledge as a new nurse under the supportive direction of nursing administration and leadership. Attend a nurse residency program throughout your first year of working as a RN Have unlimited career growth opportunities throughout the organization.

You may be a good fit if you have: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing within the last year. A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 90 days of hire. American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
