Assessment includes all required screenings and components. Communicates effectively with physicians and ensures orders are accurate and carried out accordingly. Accurately documents on treatment plan illustrating patient progress or need for additional problem or intervention identification.
Follows policy and procedure and involves next line of leadership as needed to resolve issues. Intervenes appropriately in crisis situations.
