Licensure
✓Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current California State Board of Nursing License.
Certifications
✓Current CPR card required.
✓Current ACLS certification required, and PALS certification preferred for RNs working in the ER.
✓All Registered Nurses will be ACLS certified within six (6) months of hire date.

✓Strong leadership and organizational skills.
✓Understand technical information from supervisors, charts, reference books, manuals, policies, and labels.

✓Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
✓At the discretion of the hospital, full-time and part-time Registered Nurses will be cross-trained and work in any nursing department in the District, including but not limited to Emergency, Acute, and Long-Term Care.
Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing (preferred)
