You’ll need
Licensure
✓Must maintain a current Minnesota registered nurse license.
Certifications
✓Basic life support/cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
✓BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
Education
BSN preferred.
Qualifications
✓Strong clinical and human relations skills.
✓Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and maintain standards of clinical skills and professional ethics as established by the Nurse Practice Act and Park Nicollet Health Services.
✓Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and ensure safety of patients.
✓Basic computer/keyboarding/mouse skills required.
✓Safely and effectively operates the following: Various Health Testing Equipment, personal computer, photocopier, printer, and telephone. Cardiac monitor, EKG machine, Pulse Oximetry, and all code cart emergency equipment.
Prefer rhythm strip interpretations skills. preferred
