Description

- Assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall health status, to create individualized care plans - Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment, which allows for remote monitoring of patients' heart rates and rhythms - Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology -
