As a Respiratory Therapist, you'll provide expert respiratory care to infants, children, and adolescents across a variety of inpatient settings. You'll play a vital role in assessing patients, managing complex therapies, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive respiratory care to pediatric patients Managing mechanical ventilation and advanced airway therapies Administering oxygen therapy, specialty gases, and aerosolized medications Performing arterial blood gas analysis and patient assessments Delivering chest physiotherapy and other respiratory interventions Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary care team Participating in quality improvement initiatives and department education Maintaining clinical competency through ongoing professional development What We're Looking For We're seeking compassionate clinicians who are committed to excellence in pediatric care and enjoy working in a collaborative, family-centered environment.
