✓RVT - Registered Vascular Technologist Upon Hire (required) or
✓BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support Exception Quarterly 90 Days Upon Hire (required)
Education
Associates Degree Related field (preferred)
Graduate of Accredited Ultrasound Technology Program (preferred)
Qualifications
✓1 Year Related experience in a Vascular Laboratory (required) and
✓RVS - Registered Vascular Sonographer Upon Hire (required) and
✓Possess an excellent working knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary anatomy/pathology, the cardiac patient, and treatment of cardiac diseases
✓Have working knowledge of vascular arterial and venous anatomy for carotid and peripheral vasculature
✓Have excellent communication skills
✓Have good computer skills
✓Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
Proficient in all Cardiac related Vascular Ultrasounds (strongly preferred)
