Registration Supervisor

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Registration Supervisor to oversee the Registration Department. The incumbent is responsible for supervising the Registrars on day and evening shift, assuring that adequate coverage is maintained within the Oncology Prior Authorization team. Coordinates the collection of information for Ambulance/Trauma patients.

Supervises the day to day operations of the Registration Department (Inpatient, Outpatient and Emergency Room Registration.) Monitors employee production and quality of output of the Registration process. Communicates with the Emergency Room manager in charge, nursing floor managers in charge and Nursing Supervisor in charge to coordinate the efforts of the Registration department. The incumbent will be working swing shifts.
