The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Registration Clerk for our Urgent Ortho Clinic. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, and the shift hours are 10AM-7PM. The Registration Clerk will perform an array of tasks such as greeting and assisting with check-in duties of all patients presenting for an appointment, as well as check out patients to include scheduling appointments and collecting co-payments.
The Registration Clerk will assist other offices with coverage issues when needed, as well as any other duties assigned. The Registration Clerk must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff. Qualifications Education required: HS/GED
Customer Service Representative experience preferred Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines Outstanding organizational, time management and writing skills Ability to speak clearly and concisely Independent, self-starting and highly motivated Initiative and self-discipline Proven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work history Proficiency in operating systems
