The Regulatory Affairs Program Specialist supports the implementation and ongoing management of regulatory compliance and readiness programs to ensure adherence to Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Performs regulatory auditing activities, including tracer methodology and documentation review, and supports survey readiness, submissions, and compliance monitoring across multiple entities.
This position requires onsite presence 2–3 days per week to conduct 4- 6 unit tracers a week, or as determined by the needs of the organization. Education Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field (Required) One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience, or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
Experience Minimum 2 Years of
2+ years of program management experience in a regulatory environment (Required) Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards (TJC, CMS, DOH) Ability to perform structured audits and apply established compliance criteria Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with guidance and manage assigned tasks Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Salary Range: $37.60/hour - $62.08/hour.
