As a Rehab Aide, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our Rehabilitation department running smoothly for the pediatric patients and families we serve. You'll manage supplies and equipment, maintain clean and organized therapy and play spaces, and provide direct support during patient activities and sessions. Our Rehabilitation team supports infants, children, and teens working through some of the most complex medical challenges, using therapy, play, and specialized equipment to help our patients heal and grow. You'll collaborate closely with therapists, clinicians, and support staff across the hospital to keep equipment safe, supplies stocked, and spaces ready for every patient interaction. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
