Clerical Assistant On-call Position Join our flexible, on-call Rehab team and make an impact where you're needed most! This role provides coverage for clinic needs such as employee time off, call-outs, and staffing support. Schedules are based on operational needs and may vary from week to week or even day to day.
As part of this dynamic position, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple rehabilitation clinics throughout the Portland metro area, including Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, West Portland, and Wilsonville , gaining valuable experience in a variety of clinical settings while supporting exceptional patient care. The clerical assistant is a patient-facing position that provides scheduling and support to the front desk and clinic.

Required
1 year - Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
H. S. Diploma or GED - General Studies.
AHA HeartSaver certification or AHA BLS certification (for some Rehab clinic locations) upon hire. 1 year - Experience utilizing MS Office Suite or other Windows-based software programs. Experience in medical environment OR Rehab field OR Working with medical terminology Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs. Experience with EPIC
