✓BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
Education
✓Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
✓HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Qualifications
✓Ability to effectively communicate and represent the department to people in a courteous, tactful, and poised manner.
✓Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
✓Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
✓Ability to speak effectively with and present information to patients, families and co-workers.
✓Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
✓Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN
Three to six-months related experience and/or training preferred.
Experience in a health care environment preferred.
