Description

Responsible for the coordinated efforts of the Rehab staff as they interface with the hospital’s patients, departments, programs and physicians in a manner that is safe, efficient, cost-effective, while maintaining compliance to state, federal and professional standards. The Manager for Rehabilitation Services is responsible for hiring, training and supervising the Rehabilitation staff. The Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining Rehabilitation Services Programs to meet the identified needs of the community.

The Manager is administratively responsible for the management of fiscal and personnel resources in Rehabilitation Services.
