About the role

The Rehab Services Lead provides coordination for timely and accurate completion of the IRF Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI). This individual provides clinical support in completion of data contained in the IRF-PAI to ensure accuracy in the scoring of functional status and reflection of the patient’s care needs.
