The Rehabilitation Services Technician adheres to facility policy in the maintenance of patient care areas, equipment, and supplies. Assists with the patient care under the guidance/direction of a licensed rehab professional while demonstrating essential skill competencies in the use of patient care modalities. Communicates effectively via written and verbal communication with patients, families, medical staff, healthcare team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Completes all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit. The Rehabilitation Technician adheres to facility policy in the maintenance of patient care areas, equipment, and supplies. Assists with the patient care under the guidance/direction of a licensed rehab professional while demonstrating essential skill competencies in the use of patient care modalities.

Completes all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit May perform additional duties as assigned.

High School or GED Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association required upon start. Preferred Qualification: Experience in the clinical/rehab setting
