Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, as normally obtained through a bachelor's degree in a field requiring analysis, & / or an equivalent combination of education & experience. Must possess some knowledge of & experience with leave of absence administration, payroll, or related field requiring attention to detail & application of critical assessment skills. Experience working in multiple software / computer systems, such as UKG, Kronos, Workday, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & comfortable learning new systems as needed.
