Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between patients and healthcare staff by scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and providing timely, professional assistance.
Qualifications Education Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Completion of a Medical Terminology course.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally, courteously, and effectively. Basic understanding of medical terminology.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Required Experience One to two (1–2) years of customer service experience. Preferred Experience Two (2) years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related environment.
Patient Population Responsible for serving patients across all age groups.
