About the role

The Department of Periodontics is seeking a full-time Research Assistant to support federally funded practice-based and translational research activities, with primary responsibility for the National Dental Practice Training Center (NDP-TC) and related National Dental Practice-Based Research Network (National Dental PBRN) activities.

What you’ll do
Assist with recruitment, enrollmentAssist with recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up of dental practitioners participating in research studies
Maintain practitioner recruitment, enrollmentMaintain practitioner recruitment, enrollment, participation, and follow-up tracking systems
Assist with REDCap-based dataAssist with REDCap-based data collection, data entry, quality checks, and identification of incomplete or missing study information
Prepare study correspondence, recruitmentPrepare study correspondence, recruitment materials, training materials, meeting documents, and other research-related communications
Communicate with participating practitionersCommunicate with participating practitioners and study personnel regarding routine study activities, deadlines, materials, and follow-up needs under supervision of the research team
