Profile The Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a research faculty member to join the Division of Geriatric Psychiatry and contribute to interdisciplinary research across the Department of Psychiatry, the Clinical Informatics Center, and the O’Donnell Brain Institute. This position is designed for an investigator with expertise relevant to clinical informatics, aging, mental health, qualitative or mixed-methods research, or related areas.
The faculty member will have the opportunity to develop an independent research program while collaborating with investigators across Psychiatry, Clinical Informatics, Neurology, and the O’Donnell Brain Institute. Candidates must have an MD and/or PhD degree and a strong record of research and scholarly productivity. Successful candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
