Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Qualifications
✓Minimum three (3) years of experience in grant administration, contract management, research administration, project management, finance, budgeting, or a related field.
✓Experience with pre-award and/or post-award grant management activities.
✓Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
✓Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
✓Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
✓Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
✓Proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheet applications, and reporting tools.
✓Knowledge of sponsored research administration and grant compliance requirements.
Experience supporting federally funded research grants. preferred
Experience working with academic medical centers, healthcare organizations, or research institutions. preferred
Familiarity with effort reporting, cost-sharing, subaward management, and financial reconciliation processes. preferred
Experience interpreting sponsor guidelines and institutional research policies. preferred
