Residence Counselor - Crisis

Supervise, engage and support adult consumers in a residential setting (transitional, crisis, and/or supported housing). Provide direct care, assisting clients with all activities of daily living, as needed using direction, modeling, and prompting. Provide education (appropriate to client), prompting and support to client and/or family designed to resolve crisis, and decrease barriers for more independent living.

Assist in developing and facilitating service planning to promote further independence and community integration.
