✓Requirements
Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree in related and/or equivalent combination
✓1+ years experience coordinating an educational program(s)
Qualifications
✓of education and experience.
✓in an academic medical center or other relevant experience.
✓Proficient with or ability to quickly learn Microsoft
✓Office programs, and dean’s office database management programs and web based
✓applications.
✓Presents and expresses ideas and information clearly and
✓concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether oral or written.
✓Actively listens to what others are saying to achieve understanding. Shares information with
✓others and facilitates the open exchange of ideas and information.
✓Ability to manage confidential information discreetly and
✓responsibly; ability to follow FERPA regulations
✓Open to change and new information; adapts behavior and wok
✓methods in response to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected
✓obstacles. Acclimates quickly to new situations warranting attention and resolution.
Comprehensive understanding of LCME accreditation policy preferred
Comprehensive understanding of UCLA policy and procedures preferred
