Education

One (1) year of experience working in a customer service or hospitality role for high-end clientele. preferred

About the role

The Resident Care Technician works as a team member with other Birchwood staff on the delivery of resident care in order to facilitate resident satisfaction, facility efficiency, and provider productivity. The Resident Care Tech assists with the day-to-day needs of the residents related to comfort, mobility, medication assistance, and ADLs.
