Certifications
✓BLS - Basic Life Support (includes RQI), Food Handler’s, & First Aid cards will be required within 14-days of hire
✓Washington State Counselor Agency Affiliated Registered (ACCR) credential must be applied for within thirty (30) days of hire.
Education
✓One (1) year of experience working with mentally ill consumers in a residential setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
AA degree in social services or related field preferred
Qualifications
✓Employees can work while in pending status. Grace periods will be adjusted in accordance with DOH requirements.
✓Drivers License/Abstract

Provides counseling to help residents re-establish self-identity, sense of purpose and meaning in their lives, which may include developing plans for work, school, and/or volunteering, and making community connections.
