We are dedicated to care of the hearts and minds of our patients with compassion and superior quality behavioral healthcare services through our full-immersion Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for children and adolescents ages 10 - 18 who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges. The Patriot Support Program at Midwest Center offers specialized treatment designed to address the behavioral health needs and challenges of the children of active-duty military, reserve, and national guard members.

Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling required.
Must have experience working in a residential treatment facility. Must have working knowledge of DBT. Licensure/Certifications: LCSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LMHC, LMHC-A, or LSW license in the state of Indiana required or license eligible.
Must complete DBT skills training certification course within 6 months of hire.
