About the role

The PRN-Respiratory Care Associate under the guidance of the Supervisor, Department Director/Manager, and Medical Director performs the duties necessary to deliver inhaled medications and oxygen medical gases utilizing treatment and oxygen delivery devices. Minimum Requirements Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be currently enrolled in a full-time Respiratory Therapy program OR within 6 months post-graduation with a South Carolina temporary respiratory therapy license.
Or recent Respiratory program graduate in process of obtaining SC RCP License and passing NBRC Respiratory boards. Experience
Has completed at minimum one semester of class through Respiratory Therapy program.

BLS Certification Core

Delivery of oxygen to maintain oxygen saturations according to our Oxygen Protocol.
Administer respiratory inhaled medications for patients in general care areas.
Perform EKG tracings according to policy and procedures and upload to Epiphany Cardio Serve software.
Assist with stocking Respiratory supply areas as requested.
Other duties as assigned
