Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire
