You’ll need
Licensure
✓Respiratory Care Practitioner License from the State of California is required.
✓Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) certification and maintaining a current age-specific Advanced Life Support Provider certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through an American Heart Association (AHA) provider training program are required.
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) is preferred.
Education
✓An Associate's Degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program required.
Qualifications
✓Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
✓Able to assemble and troubleshoot patient/machine equipment

✓Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
