Respiratory Care Practitioner - Respiratory Therapy

Under the direction of the Supervisor/Manager/Director, the RCP will provide respiratory care appropriate to the area of assignment; adult and pediatric. Performs all duties of blood gas analysis including stick, draw, analysis and reporting. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.

Coursework/Training: Certification from a Respiratory Therapy Program. Coursework/Training: Completion of 2-year certificate from an AMA approved Respiratory Therapy Program. California Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.

1 year of Critical care experience in adult intensive care. Pediatric experience. EKG experience.
