You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the state of Michigan
Certifications
✓Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) skills required.
✓Must have BLS & ACLS certifications or obtain certification within 90 days of employment
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy
Qualifications
✓Demonstrates eligibility to work for any employer in the U.S.
✓Ability to perform Respiratory Therapy procedures independently and have superior problem-solving skills
✓Ability to effectively educate others
✓Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.
✓Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
✓Detail-oriented, conscientious and committed to precision in work results
✓Ability to relate to and work effectively with a wonderfully diverse populace
✓Ability to multitask and move between responsibilities in fluid manner
