The Respiratory Therapist I provides assessment, treatment, and care for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders across the lifespan. This role delivers therapeutic interventions, conducts diagnostic testing, and educates patients and families to support optimal respiratory health and recovery. Performs other duties as assigned.
All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) or equivalent as required by Ohio law. Completion of clinical rotations as part of an accredited respiratory therapy program; no additional experience required for entry-level roles.
